Each cabin has a private, custom soaking tub right outside the door. The water temperature at the spring varies from 105-112 degrees depending on numerous factors, though each pool has a cold water valve to moderate the water to your liking. The mineral-rich water is incredibly rejuvenating and will sooth all those aches and pains and leave you very refreshed and inspired. Although we appreciate the value of a more service oriented "spa", it is our belief that solitude in a private rocky mountain hot spring can be even more relaxing because you sleep or soak any hour of the day, clothing is optional, and nobody tells you what to do -or when to do it.
Our hot water comes from a geothermal source created by the uplift of the Rocky Mountains. The nearby Chalk Cliffs form an ancient fault that allows water to circulate deep into the earth and returns at 135 degrees and full of minerals. Our water has no sulfur smell and flows continually through the pool creating a sanctuary for your body & mind.
